GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Damp Solutions - Moraira

 

Article 1 – Applicability

These terms and conditions apply to all quotes, work, and agreements of Damp Solutions - Moraira,
unless otherwise agreed in writing.

 

Article 2 – Quotes

Quotes are valid for 30 days, unless otherwise stated. All prices exclude 21% VAT.
An order is concluded once the quote is confirmed in writing or digitally.

 

Article 3 – Execution

Damp Solutions - Moraira carries out work in accordance with the standards of good workmanship. If necessary, third parties may be engaged. The client must provide timely and accurate information and access to the work site. Incorrect or missing information may result in delays or additional costs.

 

Article 4 – Changes

Changes to the order that affect the price or schedule will be agreed upon in advance. Additional work will be charged separately.

 

Article 5 – Payment

Payment must be made immediately after delivery via the payment link provided by WB Moisture Control. Without immediate payment, all warranties are void, and statutory interest and collection costs may be charged.

 

Article 6 – Warranty

Damp Solutions - Moraira only provides a warranty on the damage actually treated by us. No warranty is provided for: – damage outside the treated area – new or recurring problems due to construction defects, leaks, ventilation problems, or other external causes Complaints must be reported in writing within 14 days of delivery.

 

Article 7 – Liability

Liability is limited to the invoice amount of the relevant order. Damp Solutions - Moraira is not liable for consequential damage, indirect damage, or new problems arising from causes outside the treatment performed.

 

Article 8 – Force Majeure

In the event of force majeure (such as weather conditions, material shortages, illness, or external circumstances), execution may be postponed. If the force majeure lasts longer than 2 months, either party may terminate the agreement without compensation.

 

Article 9 – Disputes

Dutch law applies to all agreements. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the region of Damp Solutions - Moraira.
